6U Rack Drawer with 13in Depth

The PISKEKAT 6U rack drawer occupies six rack units in a standard 19in enclosure and provides a lockable sliding tray for tools, media or small accessories. Its cold-rolled steel construction with electrostatic powder coating resists rust and corrosion in demanding environments.

Fits 19in Racks Using 10-32 or 12-24 Rails

The drawer mounts to both 10-32 and 12-24 threaded rails with the included screws, leaving the front panel free for labelling or security seals. Rear cable-management holes let patch cords pass through without binding the slide mechanism.

22lb Load Rating for Sustained Static Weight

The drawer is rated to hold 22lb continuously while extended, so stacked documentation, test leads or spare modules remain supported during long maintenance windows. The locking latch secures the tray closed when not in use, preventing accidental extension under vibration.

Questions about this item

Will the 22 lb load rating hold up if the drawer stays fully loaded and is opened daily?

The drawer is built from heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic powder coat and is rated for a 22 lb static load capacity.

Does the steel construction or the sliding mechanism generate noticeable heat or noise during all-day operation?

The unit has no moving parts beyond the slide rails and no fans, so it produces no measurable heat or audible noise in continuous use.

Which rack-mount hardware must the cabinet already have for the included screws to fit?

The package includes 10-32 screws and 12-24 screws, matching the two most common thread types found on 19-inch rack rails.
