6U Wall Mount Rack with 16in Centers

The PISKEKAT enclosure provides 6U of vertical space for servers, switches or patch panels in a wall-mounted form factor. Mounting holes are spaced 16 inches centre to centre, aligning with standard studwork for a secure installation. A locking glass front door protects equipment while allowing visual status checks. The unit ships new and requires straightforward assembly.

14.6in Usable Depth and 110lb Capacity

Adjustable square-hole rails deliver 14.6 inches (370mm) of front-to-back clearance for rackmount hardware. The welded steel frame is rated for 110 lbs of equipment weight. Removable top and bottom panels simplify cable routing and entry. Builds that exceed the depth or weight limit will need a larger floor-standing cabinet.

Quiet Fan and Glass Door Practicalities

A single premium quiet cooling fan is included to assist airflow through the enclosure. The locking glass door secures the rack while keeping indicator lights visible day to day. Removable panels on the top and bottom make ongoing cable changes easier without dismantling the mount.

Questions about this item

Will the 16 inch centre-to-centre wall holes line up with the studs in my garage?

Yes, the 16 inch spacing matches standard construction framing so the cabinet bolts directly into typical wall studs.

How can I confirm the included cooling fan is running once the rack is mounted?

Listen for the low-noise airflow at the top vent and verify that equipment temperatures stay within normal operating ranges.

Does the package contain mounting screws for my patch panel and do I need to buy cage nuts separately?

The rack ships with fully adjustable square-hole rails; cage nuts and equipment screws are not included and must be purchased separately.
