2.2 MP Dome Camera for Analogue Systems

The PISKEKAT G1083PDIR is a 2.2 megapixel dome camera designed for analogue CCTV installations. It outputs 1080P resolution through selectable HD-TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS signals with CVBS set as default. A 2.8-12mm varifocal lens allows the viewing angle to be adjusted on site. The housing meets IP66 for weather and vandal resistance.

Installers needing flexible analogue coverage

This unit suits installers who need a single camera that works with multiple legacy DVR formats and who require variable focal length adjustment. The DC12V and AC24V dual-voltage input simplifies integration into existing power infrastructure. Buyers who need IP networking, PoE power or motorised pan-tilt-zoom control should look at a different product class.

Switchable output and smart IR change daily use

The four-in-one video output switch lets the installer match the camera to the recorder without extra converters. Smart IR regulation prevents close-object overexposure during night recording up to 100 feet. Dual-voltage terminals remove the need for a separate power supply adapter when AC24V cabling is already in place.

Questions about this item

Which recorder inputs does the 1080P HD-TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS camera need?

Connect it to a DVR that accepts HD-TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS signals; the camera defaults to CVBS output until switched.

Will the 2.8-12mm varifocal lens cover the same viewing angle as my existing fixed cameras?

The adjustable 2.8-12mm focal range lets you match narrower or wider fields of view that fixed lenses cannot.

How can I verify the 100 feet IR range and IP66 rating are working after install?

At night, check that the IR LEDs illuminate objects up to 100 feet away; inspect the sealed dome for water ingress after heavy rain.
