Laptop desk mount for 17 inch notebooks

This clamp or grommet mount holds a single laptop up to 17 inches and 17.6 lbs on a ventilated tray measuring 11.8 by 10.4 inches. The tray detaches so the same arm can carry a VESA 75x75 or 100x100 monitor up to 32 inches. Three pivot joints give full motion positioning for ergonomic height and angle.

Capacity and headroom with 17.6 lb limit

The arm supports notebooks up to 17 inches and monitors up to 32 inches within the 17.6 lb rating. Heavier devices or larger screens exceed the tested capacity and will not be stable. The ventilated tray aids airflow for typical laptops but does not replace active cooling for sustained high loads.

Detachable tray and cable clips included

A removable ventilated tray lets you switch between laptop and monitor mounting without tools. Detachable cable clips on the arms and centre pole route power and AV cables neatly along the structure. All installation hardware for C-clamp or grommet fixing is supplied in the box.

Questions about this item

Will the vented tray and VESA plate let me swap between my 17 inch laptop and a 32 inch monitor without tools?

The 11.8 x 10.4 inch tray detaches from the VESA plate, which accepts 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm patterns, so you can switch between a laptop up to 17 inches and a monitor up to 32 inches by reusing the same arm.

How can I verify the arm moves through its full range after mounting?

Check that the arm delivers 90 degree tilt, 180 degree swivel and 360 degree rotation at each of its three joints, and that the pole height slides smoothly without binding.

Does the package include both the C-clamp and grommet hardware so I can choose either desk-mounting method?

Yes, the box contains the vented tray, VESA plate, full-motion arm, center pole, detachable cable clips and all bolts, screws and tools needed for both C-clamp and grommet installation.
