A 30 cm PCI-e 5.0 extension cable converts one 12+4 pin connector into three 8-pin connectors using 16 AWG tinned copper wire for up to 600 W delivery to RTX 3090 Ti, 4070 Ti.
This PISKEKAT PCI-e 5.0 extension cable adds 30 cm of reach between a power supply and a compatible graphics card. It converts a single 12+4-pin 12VHPWR male connector into three 8-pin (6+2) female connectors, allowing the GPU to draw power from three separate PSU ports. The 16AWG tinned copper conductors are rated for up to 600 W of continuous output.
Builders installing an RTX 3090 Ti, 4070 Ti, 4080 or 4090 who need a clean cable run will find the sleeved design and four included combs useful for cable management. The cable is not suitable for the older 12-pin Founders Edition connector found on the standard RTX 3090, nor for any GPU lacking a 12+4-pin receptacle. Systems whose power supply offers fewer than three free 8-pin PCI-e ports cannot use this adapter safely.
The defining specification is the 16AWG tinned copper wire, which is thicker than the common 18AWG alternative and resists oxidation for stable voltage delivery. This gauge supports the full 600 W rating across the three 8-pin branches, provided all three connectors are populated on the power supply side.

You need three unused 8-pin PCI-e ports on your PSU; plugging in fewer than three can damage the system.
Yes — the cable splits the 12+4-pin male end into three 6+2-pin female connectors, so it fits standard 8-pin PSU ports.
Check that the GPU posts normally, monitor 12 V rail voltage in hardware-monitoring software, and confirm no shutdowns under heavy 3D load.
