- Two 12-inch cables included for flexible ham radio and Jeep Wrangler setups
CB Ham Radio Jumper Cable
This 1 ft coaxial cable connects CB radios, antenna analysers, tuners, switches, monitors, dummy loads and SWR meters using UHF PL-259 male plugs on both ends. The nickel-plated connectors are fully moulded for strain relief and consistent contact. It is also suited to Jeep Wrangler CB installations where a short, low-loss link is required.
50 Ohm RG8x Low-Loss Construction
The cable uses a 17 AWG pure copper centre conductor and a braid shield of 128 strands of 0.12 mm aluminium wire to achieve low attenuation at 50 ohms. RG8x is a step up from standard RG-58 coax and is recommended for higher-powered applications. The thicker conductor and dense shielding preserve signal integrity across the short jumper length.
Two-Pack Capacity for Dual Connections
Supplied as a 2-pack, the cables provide spare or parallel links for equipment that needs two coaxial paths such as a radio and an analyser simultaneously. Each 1 ft length limits reach to adjacent devices on a bench or in a vehicle console. Runs that exceed this distance or require a different connector type will need alternative cable assemblies.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the 1ft 2-pack or a different length?
The listing supplies two 12-inch PL-259 jumpers in one pack. If your antenna analyser, SWR meter or dummy load sits closer than 12 inches, the cables will reach; otherwise you will need a longer pair.
What does the 50 ohm rating mean once the cable is connected?
The 50 ohm impedance matches standard CB and ham radio gear, so the RG8x jumper passes the signal without reflection when used with a 50 ohm antenna, analyser or meter.
How does the PL-259 interface limit what I can connect?
Each end carries a UHF PL-259 male plug, so the cable only mates with PL-259 female ports — common on CB radios, antenna analysers, tuners, dummy loads and SWR meters.
