20 metre double-shielded RCA extension cable

This 20 metre cable carries composite video and stereo audio over a single run. It is built for installers who need to bridge long distances between cameras, monitors or recorders in vehicles, caravans or fixed CCTV setups.

Trigger wire and RCA coupler included

A dedicated trigger detection wire lets compatible GPS monitors or head units switch automatically to the rear-view feed when reverse is selected. The supplied female-to-female RCA coupler joins two cables together without signal loss, so runs longer than the standard length are possible.

Oxygen-free copper core with mesh and foil shielding

The conductor uses oxygen-free pure copper wrapped in a copper mesh braid and an aluminium foil layer for full EMI and RFI rejection. The PVC jacket resists high temperature, corrosion and abrasion, making outdoor or under-vehicle routing reliable up to 100 feet.

Questions about this item

Will the oxygen-free copper core or the double shielding on this 20 m cable need replacement over time?

The oxygen-free pure copper core and the double shielding (copper mesh plus aluminium foil) are built into the cable; they are not user-serviceable parts and do not require periodic replacement.

What limits the usable length before signal quality drops on this GreenYi-103 extension?

The supplier states that the solid shielding allows transmission even over 100 ft without distortion, delay or attenuation.

Does the PVC jacket on this 65.6 ft cable handle heat from all-day outdoor use?

The durable PVC surface layer is described as resistant to high temperature, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant, making it suitable for continuous outdoor operation.
