Desk mount for 49-inch ultrawide screens

This heavy-duty monitor arm supports single flat or slightly curved displays up to 49 inches diagonally and weighing 20 to 42 lbs. It attaches via a two-piece desk clamp for surfaces .4 to 2.6 inches thick or a grommet mount through a hole in the desk. The arm provides 11.5 inches of vertical lift so the screen can rise 17.8 inches above the desktop.

Upgrade from fixed stands or light-duty arms

Fixed stands offer no height, tilt or swivel adjustment, while light-duty arms cannot hold a 42 lb ultrawide. This mount adds 360-degree rotation, 75-degree tilt and 11.5 inches of lift for ergonomic positioning. The jump is worth it when the monitor exceeds the weight or VESA capacity of an existing arm, or when the user needs to reclaim desk space by floating the screen.

Limits of the VESA 75-200 mm interface

The arm natively accepts VESA patterns 75x75 mm, 100x100 mm, 200x100 mm and 200x200 mm. Monitors with larger hole spacings require the separate VESA Bracket Adaptor Kit 97-759. The Samsung 49-inch Odyssey G9 needs the HX Heavy Duty Tilt Pivot 98-540-216 for proper balance. Without these accessories the mount cannot connect to those screens.
