Dual Workstation Mount

This desk mount holds a laptop up to 17 inch and a monitor up to 27 inch on a single 16 inch pole. Each arm supports up to 22 lbs and the mounting plate fits 75x75mm and 100x100mm VESA patterns. The detachable plate adjusts vertically to align both screens at a comfortable height. It suits professionals who need simultaneous screen space without a dual-monitor stand.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The steel arms extend and retract smoothly while maintaining position under the full 22 lbs per arm rating. The pole and joints resist sag during long work sessions and the laptop tray venting holes help dissipate heat from continuous use. The 15 degree tray tilt stays fixed without drifting. The two-stage locking mechanism keeps the C-clamp or grommet base secure on desks up to 2.2 inch thick.

Installation Notes

The package includes a C-clamp and a grommet base for flexible mounting on most desks. Assembly requires attaching the pole, arms, tray and VESA plate with the supplied hardware kit. The tray lip measures .6 inch and the shelf is 14 x 11 inch; verify laptop dimensions before purchase. Builders needing support for heavier ultrawide monitors or a second display arm should consider a heavier-duty model.

Questions about this item

Does the stand generate any noise, heat or draw power when supporting a 17-inch laptop and 27-inch monitor all day?

No, the mount is completely passive with no fans or electronics, so it produces zero noise, no heat and consumes no power regardless of how long the 17-inch laptop and 27-inch monitor remain in place.

What desk thickness range must I already have for the C-clamp or 2.2-inch grommet base to secure this mount?

The two-stage locking system fits desks up to 4 inches thick with the C-clamp, or a 2.2-inch diameter grommet hole, so your desk must fall within one of those mounting options.

Will the 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm VESA plate on the arm work with an older monitor that only has 75 mm holes?

Yes, the detachable mounting plate includes both 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm patterns, so it attaches directly to older screens that use the 75 mm spacing.
