Under-Desk CPU Mount 30 lbs Capacity

This under-desk mount holds a computer tower beneath a standing desk to reclaim desktop surface area. It accepts CPUs up to 19.5 inches tall and between 5.25 and 9.25 inches deep with a 30 lbs weight limit. The powder-coated steel frame adjusts without tools for a secure fit.

Tool-Free Adjustment With Included Hardware

Height and width expand from 7.5 to 11.5 inches deep and 17.75 to 21.75 inches high using thumb screws, so no tools are required during installation or later repositioning. Thick padding on the contact surfaces protects the chassis from shock and scratches. The 7.75 by 5 inch mounting plate fastens to the desk underside with supplied screws.

Check Desk Thickness And CPU Dimensions First

Verify the desk underside can accommodate the 7.75 by 5 inch mounting plate and that the desktop material accepts wood screws. Confirm the tower height does not exceed 19.5 inches and its depth falls within the 5.25 to 9.25 inch range. Ensure the total weight stays at or below 30 lbs.

Questions about this item

Will the powder-coated steel frame or the thick padding need replacement after long-term use?

The mount is made of powder-coated steel with thick padding; both are durable and not listed as replaceable consumables.

What stops the CPU from exceeding the 30 lbs weight capacity during sustained use?

The mount supports up to 30 lbs; CPUs heavier than this limit should not be installed.

Does the steel construction or the mounting plate generate noticeable heat or noise when the CPU runs all day?

The mount is passive powder-coated steel with no moving parts, so it adds no noise or heat of its own.
