Black Light Flood IP66 40W

The PIZHLO 40W black light flood fixture uses LED emitters at 385-400nm to make fluorescent paints, posters and body art glow across 650-750sq.ft. A 120-degree beam and tempered glass lens keep output even for parties, Halloween displays or bedroom accent lighting. It ships with a 6ft cord, plug and inline switch for immediate mains connection.

Installation notes

Mount the die-cast aluminium housing to any flat surface using the integral bracket; the 6ft cord reaches a standard socket without an extension lead. The plug and switch are not waterproof, so protect those connections from rain or splashes. IP66 rating applies only to the lamp head, not the power entry.

Sustained output

Fin-type heat sinking on the aluminium body keeps the LEDs cool during multi-hour runs, supporting the rated 50,000+ hour lifespan. Output stays stable at 2000 lumens without the colour shift or dimming seen in shorter tests. The 12V LED array draws 40W continuously, so circuit loading is predictable for permanent installs.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 40W black light is working correctly after I plug it in?

Switch it on in a dark room; the 385-400 nm beam should make white or neon materials glow strongly across the 650-750 sq ft coverage area.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The package includes the 40W LED flood light with a 6 ft cord, plug and inline switch; no extra parts are required for basic operation.

Which version should I choose for a typical glow-party setup?

The single 40W unit covers 650-750 sq ft; select the two-pack 120W option only if you need to light a larger space.
