The PLANET IPOE-162 is a single-port, mid-span IEEE 802.3at High Power over Ethernet injector delivering up to 30 watts per PoE port. It combines data and 56 V DC power over Cat.5/5e/6 cables for simplified deployment. The unit accepts redundant 24 to 48 V DC or 24 V AC input via a terminal block. An IP30-rated metal enclosure operates from -40 to 75 °C for harsh environments.

Redundant power terminal block

A master and slave terminal block allows two independent power sources to feed the injector simultaneously. If one supply fails, the other maintains PoE output without interruption. This redundancy is critical for surveillance cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points that must stay online. LED indicators show Power 1, Power 2, Fault and PoE in Use status at a glance.

30 W per port power budget

The injector complies with IEEE 802.3at and supplies a maximum of 30 watts from its single PoE output port.
