The PLANET PWR-120-48 delivers 120 watts at 48 volts DC from a universal 100-240V AC input. It is built for control cabinets and machine builders who need a compact, safety-approved unit that mounts on standard TS-35 DIN rails. The supply carries UL 508 and TUV EN60950-1 approvals meeting EN60204-1. Hardware version 2 is supplied new.

Mounting and protection in the cabinet

The unit clips onto TS-35/7.5 or 15 rail profiles and relies on free air convection for cooling, so no fan tray or forced airflow is required. Built-in protection covers short circuit, overload, over voltage and over temperature conditions. It operates across -20 to 70 degrees Celsius and passes EN61000-6-2 industrial immunity levels. Each unit undergoes 100% full load burn-in test before shipment.
