Deep Dry Storage Box

The Plano Deep Dry Storage Box with tray is a water-resistant container built around an O-ring seal to keep contents dry. Its orange finish makes it easy to spot in gear piles or low light. The design targets anglers, campers and anyone who needs a compact emergency supply case that can be carried one-handed.

15 L x 8 W x 10 H interior with lift-out tray

The box measures 15L x 8W x 10H and includes a deep lift-out tray that separates smaller items from the main compartment. Top-access storage adds extra room above the tray for frequently used gear. The single compartment limits organisation when you need multiple divided sections or waterproof submersion protection.

Oversized handle and O-ring seal

A comfortable oversized handle allows easy one-handed transport even when the box is fully loaded. The O-ring seal requires a clean mating surface to maintain water resistance, so the lid and body must be free of grit before closing. The rigid walls stack securely on shelves or in vehicle cargo areas without needing additional straps.

Questions about this item

Will the 15L x 8W x 10H dimensions fit inside my existing boat locker?

The box measures 15L x 8W x 10H inches, so compare those exact figures against your locker opening and interior depth before purchasing.

How can I verify the O-ring seal is keeping moisture out after I load it?

Close the lid fully, latch it, then inspect the orange gasket for even compression; a quick splash test will show if any water seeps past the seal.

Does the 161250 come with dividers or do I need to buy organisers separately?

The package includes the deep storage box and a large lift-out tray only; any additional dividers or small-part organisers must be purchased separately.
