1.5ft 12AWG IP57 Power Extension Cord

This 1.5-foot extension cord uses SJTW 12AWG cable rated for 125 volts and 20 amps. It connects a NEMA 5-15P male plug to a NEMA 5-15R female receptacle with an inline on-off switch. The IP57 waterproof rating makes it suitable for outdoor equipment such as fountain pumps or string lights.

Inline switch installs in seconds

Plug the male end into a standard Type A outlet and the device into the female end. The switch sits mid-cable for easy access. Ensure the cord lies flat without sharp bends to maintain the waterproof seal. The illuminated button helps locate the switch at night but adds no wiring complexity.

Verify outlet and load before ordering

Confirm the supply is a 125-volt NEMA 5-15R outlet and that the connected load does not exceed 1900 watts or 20 amps. The cord is UL and CUL listed for North American use. It is not intended for 250-volt European circuits or for permanent installation inside walls.
