Purpose-built room scheduler

The Poly TC10 is a 10-inch touch panel designed to show meeting-room availability and allow instant booking at the door. It connects to Poly G7500 or Studio X video systems and integrates with calendar platforms for real-time status. Office managers and facilities teams use it to reduce double-bookings and improve space utilisation.

Sustained operation on PoE

The unit draws power from a single PoE network cable, so it runs continuously without battery charging or external adapters under normal conditions. Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for pairing and calendar sync, keeping the device online through back-to-back meetings. An optional power injector is only required when PoE is unavailable.

Simple mount, one cable

A wall-mount bracket and a table stand are both included, letting installers choose the best location without extra parts. The single Ethernet cable carries both data and power, so there is no separate mains wiring to plan. Buyers who need a battery-operated or purely wireless-powered panel will find this model unsuitable.

Questions about this item

Does the TC10 room scheduler run hot or draw much power when it is mounted on a wall all day?

A PoE-enabled network port or the separate 2200-66740 power injector is required to supply power and data.

Will the TC10 work with the Poly G7500 or Studio X systems I already use?

Yes, it is designed as a stand-alone 10-inch touch controller for Poly G7500, Studio X family and ZRoW rooms.
