Purpose-built meeting audio

The Poly Sync 40+ is a USB and Bluetooth smart speakerphone certified for Microsoft Teams, designed for flexible and huddle workspaces. It targets professionals who need immediate, high-quality audio for virtual meetings without complex setup or user training. IT departments benefit from simplified deployment and remote device management through Poly Lens software.

Connectivity and expansion

The unit connects via USB or Bluetooth and operates on an internal battery, removing the need for a constant power outlet during use. For larger meeting spaces, two speakerphones can be wirelessly paired together to expand audio coverage. This wireless capability allows the device to adapt to varying room sizes without additional cabling infrastructure.

Battery life and operation

The integrated battery delivers up to 30 hours of talk time, supporting extended meeting schedules between charges. Full-duplex audio enables natural conversation flow even when participants speak simultaneously, while the multi-microphone array focuses on voices and suppresses echo and background noise.
