You should hear clear stereo audio through both ear-cups and callers should report crisp voice pickup from the noise cancelling microphone.

The headset itself is included; a compatible Quick Disconnect bottom cable or amplifier for your desk phone or PC must be bought separately.

Which model in the 700 series should I choose — the 720 or another variant?

The 720 is the stereo over-the-head version with binaural ear-cups; choose it when you need dual-ear coverage for focused calls.
