Poly Trio C60 for Microsoft Teams
The Poly Trio C60 is an IP conference phone built for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business environments. It includes built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and DECT for future use. PoE support simplifies deployment with a single cable. A 7.6m Ethernet cable and setup sheet are provided in the box.
Three lines and wide codec support
The unit handles up to three simultaneous lines for multi-party calls. Supported voice codecs include G.711, G.719, G.722, G.722.1, G.722.1C, G.729AB, Poly Siren 7, Siren 14, iLBC and Opus. This range covers narrowband to full-band audio for clear conversations. It is not suited for deployments that require more than three concurrent lines or analogue trunk connectivity.
PoE powered with signature audio
Power over Ethernet supplies the device without a separate power kit, reducing desk clutter. Poly signature audio technology delivers natural sound reproduction during calls. The LCD display and volume controls provide straightforward user interaction. Gigabit Ethernet ensures stable network throughput for voice traffic.

Questions about this item
Will the Trio C60 work with my existing PoE network switch that powers other IP phones?
The Trio C60 is powered via PoE and includes a 7.6 m Ethernet cable, so it connects to any standard PoE switch without a separate power kit.
How can I confirm the Trio C60 is registered and ready for Microsoft Teams calls after setup?
The LCD display shows the sign-in status and line registration; a successful Teams or SfB login appears on screen, and the one-touch join button becomes active for scheduled meetings.
Does the box contain a power adapter, or must I order one separately for non-PoE installations?
The power kit is not included; the package provides the conference phone, a 7.6 m Ethernet cable and a setup sheet only.
