Training Versatility

The Power Systems 30725 set provides twelve 19 inch hex rings that can be arranged as a flat ladder, individual hurdles or combined patterns for speed and agility drills. Athletes across baseball, basketball, football, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, softball and track use the rings to develop foot speed, coordination and mental focus during practice sessions.

Simple Setup

Each ring is 0.25 inch thick high-impact PVC and clips together with the twelve included PVC clips to hold position during drills. The complete kit weighs 11 pounds and packs into the supplied carry bag, so moving the equipment between indoor and outdoor venues is straightforward. No tools or permanent installation are required.

Sustained Use

The PVC construction resists cracking and deformation when the rings are stepped on repeatedly during extended training sessions. Clip connections stay secure through hours of continuous footwork, and the material handles both indoor floor surfaces and outdoor grass or turf without degradation. The set maintains its shape and function across repeated daily use.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the rings stay in place during drills?

Snap the twelve PVC clips onto the rings; they lock each 19 in ring so the pattern does not shift during foot-speed or agility work.

What components come in the 30725 set and what must I supply?

The box contains twelve 1/4 in thick hex rings, twelve PVC clips, and a carry bag; no extra parts are needed for ladder or hurdle configurations.

Which capacity of this set should I choose for team drills?

The 30725 is sold only as a twelve-ring set with clips and bag, providing enough pieces for multiple stations or larger group patterns.
