PQI iConnect Mini 32GB Lightning drive

The PQI iConnect Mini is a 32GB USB flash drive with a Lightning connector and a USB 3.0 interface. It is designed for iPhone, iPad and iPod users who want direct local backup and file transfer without relying on cloud services. Apple MFi certification confirms compatibility with supported iOS devices. The rose gold finish matches current iPhone colour options.

Installing the companion app and enabling backups

Backup starts by plugging the drive into the Lightning port and following the on-screen prompt to install the companion app from the App Store. The app then offers a one-button backup for photos and contacts. A fingerprint lock can be enabled inside the app for extra privacy. Common issues include forgetting to grant the app access to the photo library or using a case that blocks the Lightning plug from seating fully.

Check iOS version and USB port type before ordering

The drive requires iOS 10 or later on the mobile device and a USB 3.0 port on the computer for full transfer speed. Verify that your iPhone or iPad runs a compatible iOS release and that the computer you plan to use has a standard USB-A socket. The drive will not connect to USB-C ports without a separate adapter, which is not included.
