PRC X-FORCE i7-7700 Gaming Desktop

This PRC X-FORCE Special Edition is a complete gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-7700 processor running at 3.6GHz with a 4.20GHz maximum turbo. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB 2.5-inch SSD and an AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT graphics card with 12GB of GDDR6 video memory. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed on the solid state drive.

Suits 1080p players wanting a ready system

The system suits players who want a pre-assembled machine for 1080p gaming without selecting individual components. The 650W 80+ Gold power supply and included 120mm CPU air cooler support the installed parts out of the box. It is not for buyers who need a newer processor socket or more than 16GB of memory. It is not for builders who want to choose their own motherboard or graphics card.

LGA 1151 socket defines upgrade limits

The motherboard uses an LGA 1151 socket tied to the 7th Generation Intel platform, so the processor cannot be swapped for a newer generation without replacing the board. The four 288-pin DIMM slots hold the supplied 16GB DDR4 kit. The RX 6750 XT 12GB GDDR6 card occupies the primary PCIe slot for display output.

Questions about this item

Will the 120m CPU air cooler keep the i7-7700 stable at 4.20GHz under sustained load?

The 120m CPU air cooler is mounted on the LGA 1151 board to handle the i7-7700 3.6GHz quad core with 4.20GHz max turbo, but sustained all-core boost clocks depend on case airflow and ambient temperature.

How loud is the 650W 80+ Gold power supply and CPU fan when the RX 6750 XT 12GB GDDR6 runs all day?

The 650W 80+ Gold PSU and 120m CPU air cooler produce typical desktop noise levels; the RX 6750 XT 12GB GDDR6 has its own fans that ramp with GPU load, so expect audible but not extreme volume during long sessions.

Does the PC include a monitor or do I need to supply my own display for the Radeon RX 6750 XT?

The listing states monitor not included, so you must provide your own display with a compatible input for the Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB GDDR6 graphics card.
