Ready-to-play desktop for mainstream gamers

This PRC X-FORCE Special Edition system pairs an Intel Core i7-9700 3.0GHz 8-Core processor with an AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT 8GB GDDR6 graphics card. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a 1TB 2.5" solid state drive provide capacity for current titles. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed and a Microsoft Windows 11 Pro upgrade path is available.

120mm air cooler and 650W 80+ Gold supply

The CPU is cooled by a 120m air cooler mounted on an LGA 1151 system board while a 650W 80+ Gold power supply delivers rated output. Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11AC Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 handle wired and wireless connectivity. Integrated audio and bundled USB keyboard and mouse complete the package.

Eight-core 9th Gen Intel processor decides fit

The i7-9700 runs at 3.0GHz base with a 4.70GHz maximum turbo across eight cores and eight threads. Buyers who want more storage than the single 1TB SSD provides should plan an additional drive. Builders who need a second graphics card cannot add one inside this chassis.

Questions about this item

How is the 120mm CPU air cooler installed on the LGA 1151 board, and what step is often missed?

Mount the cooler using the four push-pins or screws supplied for LGA 1151; the step many miss is removing the protective film from the pre-applied thermal paste before seating the cooler.

Which component will need replacement first if I keep the 650W 80+ Gold PSU under heavy load for years?

The PSU's internal electrolytic capacitors age fastest under sustained heat; plan to replace the entire 650W unit after roughly five years of daily gaming sessions.

What thermal limit appears first on the i7-9700 during long gaming sessions with the stock 120mm cooler?

The CPU hits its 100 °C junction maximum and throttles; the 120mm cooler cannot dissipate the 65 W base power indefinitely in a closed case.
