Premier 84072 Perlon Mini Roller Pack

The Premier 84072 pack contains ten 4-inch mini roller covers with a 1/2-inch Perlon nap. They are designed for applying oil-based or water-based paints to brick, concrete and other medium, semi-rough or semi-smooth surfaces. The 5/8-inch plastic core fits standard wire mini roller frames.

Thermals Noise Power Draw

These are passive paint applicators with no motor, electronics or moving parts. They generate no heat, produce no audible noise and draw no electrical power during normal use. Performance depends entirely on the painter's technique and the coating being applied.

Build Fit Requirements

The covers require a compatible 4-inch wire mini roller frame with a 5/8-inch core diameter, which is sold separately. Each cover is single-use or washable depending on the paint type, freeing the user from cleaning large rollers for small touch-up jobs. The 10-pack quantity supports multiple projects or crew use.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Premier 84072 Perlon Mini Paint Roller Cover onto a frame, and what step is often missed?

Slide the plastic core onto a compatible wire frame until it seats firmly on the 5/8 in core diameter; the step often missed is confirming the core locks into the frame's end caps so the cover cannot spin during use.

What maintenance or replacement will the Premier 84072 Perlon Mini Paint Roller Cover need later?

The Perlon fabric cover is designed for single-use per project; after painting with oil- or water-based paints, discard the used cover and replace it with a fresh one from the 10 pack.

What limit appears first when using the Premier 84072 Perlon Mini Paint Roller Cover continuously on rough surfaces?

The 1/2 in nap Perlon fabric will saturate and begin to shed fibres on semi-rough brick or concrete, signalling the cover has reached its loading capacity and must be swapped.
