Surface-mount cable raceway

This non-metallic raceway system includes two beige base moulding pieces each 48 inches long. It is designed for home or office use to conceal and protect surface-mounted wiring runs.

Installation limits and material rating

The rigid PVC construction carries a UL94V0/5A flame-retardant rating and is cut to length with a knife or shears. Adhesive foam tape on the back allows fast mounting without mechanical fasteners.

Check your surface and finish needs

Verify that the mounting surface is clean, dry and suitable for foam-tape adhesion before ordering. The beige finish can be painted to match surrounding decor if a different colour is required.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1" x 48" beige two-piece kit or a different size?

The FWH-12421-4 kit supplies two 48-inch base mouldings in beige, each with self-adhesive foam tape; choose it when you need to cover a single straight run up to that length.

How does the 1" width perform once the cover is mounted on a wall?

The one-inch channel accepts typical home-office cords, and the rigid PVC construction with UL94V0/5A rating keeps the cables contained and flame-retardant after installation.

What does the UL94V0/5A compliance actually limit in daily use?

It certifies the PVC material self-extinguishes in vertical burn tests, so the raceway will not sustain flame if a wire fault occurs behind it.
