External CD Player for Jeep Grand Cherokee WL

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019-2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee WL models that lack a factory CD drive. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port for power and data, requiring no extra wiring or tools. The unit mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or wherever the cable reaches.

Sustained Operation and Buffer Protection

Once a disc is inserted, the player indexes the content for about two minutes before it is ready for use. A built-in skip protection buffer helps maintain continuous playback during vibration or sudden movement. Playback control is handled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons, so operation stays consistent during long drives.

Upgrade Path and Compatibility Limits

This device replaces the missing factory CD player in compatible Jeep Grand Cherokee WL vehicles from 2019 through 2026. The jump is worth it for owners who still use physical CDs and want a simple plug-and-play solution. It does not add CD capability to other makes, models, or model years outside the stated range.
