Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player

The Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player adds an external single-disc CD drive to 2019-2026 Aston Martin DB12 models that lack a factory player. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and is powered entirely through that connection. Music control is handled by the original radio or steering-wheel buttons. The unit mounts vertically or horizontally wherever the cable reaches.

For owners who want physical discs in a DB12

Suits drivers who still use CDs and prefer factory-style integration via CarPlay. Not for buyers who need more storage, multi-disc changers or Bluetooth streaming from the player itself. Also not for vehicles outside the 2019-2026 DB12 range or for installations that require hard-wiring or external power.

Plug-and-play setup with a critical indexing step

Insert the cable into the USB port, follow the printed manual and allow 12 minutes for the disc to finish indexing before use. Interrupting this process forces a full restart with a different disc from step one. No tools or extra wiring are required, but skipping the wait is the most common cause of set-up failure.
