Ferrari California T CD integration

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019-2026 Ferrari California T models that lack a factory CD drive. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and works with the existing CarPlay interface. No extra wiring or tools are required for installation.

Sustained playback and indexing

The unit draws power from the USB port and indexes each inserted disc before playback begins. The manufacturer advises allowing two minutes for this indexing process to complete without interruption. If indexing is halted early, the instructions call for restarting the process with a different disc.

Factory audio upgrade path

This device replaces the missing factory CD player by routing audio through the car's original radio and steering-wheel controls. It is not suited for vehicles without a USB port or CarPlay support, nor for installations that demand a hard-wired power supply or a dedicated head-unit replacement.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the Pro Star CD Player produce when powered through the USB port all day?

The unit draws power from the vehicle's USB port with no internal fan, so it runs silently and generates negligible heat during continuous use.

What factory equipment must the 2019-2026 Ferrari California T already have for this Pro Star CD Player to work?

A functional USB port that supports CarPlay is required; the player plugs directly into that port with no extra wiring or tools.

Will the Pro Star CD Player integrate with the California T's original steering-wheel buttons and factory radio display?

Yes — music control is handled through the car's existing radio interface and steering-wheel controls once the USB CD Player is connected and indexed.
