Pro Star CD Player for GLS580

This external CD player adds disc playback to Mercedes-Benz GLS580 models from 2019 through 2026. It connects through the factory USB port and integrates with the existing CarPlay interface. Drivers who still use physical media can listen to their CDs without replacing the original head unit.

USB Powered Plug-and-Play Build

The unit draws power directly from the vehicle USB port so no extra wiring or tools are required. A printed instruction manual guides the setup and the player can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console or inside the glove box. Music is controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons.

Check USB Port and Indexing Time

Verify that your GLS580 has an accessible USB port the cable can reach before ordering. Allow two minutes for each disc to finish indexing after insertion; interrupting this process means restarting the full setup with a different CD. The device is designed only for single-disc playback.
