Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player

The Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player adds an external CD player to the 2019-2026 Mazda MX30. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port for power and CarPlay access. No additional wiring or tools are required for installation. The unit mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box.

Sustained operation and indexing

The device is powered continuously via the car's USB port during use. A critical two-minute indexing period is required after inserting a CD to complete installation. Interrupting this process requires restarting the setup from step one with a different disc. Once indexed, music is controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel controls.

Compatibility and setup checks

Verify the vehicle is a 2019-2026 Mazda MX30 with an available USB port. Ensure the chosen mounting location allows the cable to reach the port without strain. Confirm the factory radio and steering wheel controls are fully functional for playback operation. Read the included printed instructions before beginning the installation process.
