Pro Star CD Player for Lexus LC Hybrid

This USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019 to 2026 Lexus LC Hybrid models that lack a factory CD drive. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with CarPlay so the factory radio or steering wheel controls manage playback. The unit is designed for owners who still use physical media and want a simple, reversible installation.

Plug-and-play mounting and USB power

The device draws power from the car's USB port and requires no extra wiring or tools. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box or anywhere the cable reaches the port. Printed instructions are included and the manufacturer advises allowing two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before use.

CarPlay integration via USB

The single specification that determines fitment is the CarPlay connection through the factory USB port; the player only works on the listed Lexus LC Hybrid model years. Buyers whose vehicle lacks CarPlay or a compatible USB port will not be able to use this unit.

Questions about this item

What USB interface does the Pro Star CarPlay CD Player use and what does it limit?

It plugs into the vehicle's USB port for both power and CarPlay data, so performance is limited to whatever that port supplies.

What physical mounting options suit the Pro Star CarPlay CD Player in a 2019-2026 Lexus LC Hybrid?

The unit can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or anywhere the USB cable reaches.

What installation step do people skip and cause the Pro Star CarPlay CD Player to fail?

Wait the full two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before using the player; interrupting it means restarting from step one with a different disc.
