Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player 2019-2026 Maserati Levante

Pro Star CarPlay CD Player for Maserati Levante

This external USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019-2026 Maserati Levante models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with CarPlay so the factory radio or steering wheel controls manage playback. The compact drive can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box. Installation requires no extra wiring or tools beyond the supplied cable.

USB-powered plug-and-play limits

The device draws all power from the car's USB port, so the port must supply enough current for the drive motor and laser. The unit only functions while the vehicle infotainment system supports CarPlay over USB; vehicles without CarPlay or with a proprietary media interface will not recognise the drive. A mandatory two-minute indexing period follows each disc insertion, and interrupting it forces a full restart of the setup process with a different disc.

CarPlay USB interface requirement

The single specification that decides fitment is the presence of a factory USB port that carries CarPlay in the 2019-2026 Maserati Levante. Without CarPlay over USB the player cannot communicate with the head unit, and no adapter or firmware update can add the capability. Buyers whose Levante lacks CarPlay or uses a different media protocol cannot use this product.
