Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player 2019-2026

This Pro Star head unit adds an external CD player to 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA Class vehicles lacking a factory disc drive. It connects through the car's USB port for CarPlay integration and draws power from the same connection. The device suits drivers who still use physical media and want simple playback through the original audio system.

Plug-and-play USB installation

The USB cable plugs directly into the vehicle's USB port with no additional wiring or tools required. Printed instructions guide the setup process, which requires allowing two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before use. The unit mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or wherever the cable reaches the port.

USB-powered operation with factory controls

Powered entirely via the USB connection, the player adds no extra load to the vehicle's electrical system beyond the port's standard output. Music playback is controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel controls, keeping operation familiar and distraction-free. The compact design produces no audible fan noise during normal use.
