Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player

This Pro Star USB CD player adds a single-disc drive to 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz EQE Class vehicles that lack a factory CD player. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port to enable CarPlay access for audio playback. The unit is designed for owners who still prefer listening to their physical CD collections in a modern vehicle.

Plug-and-play installation with indexing wait

Installation requires no additional wiring or tools; simply plug the cable into the car's USB port and follow the included printed instructions. The device can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box. A critical step is allowing two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before use; interrupting this process requires restarting the setup from step one with a different disc.

Check USB port location and CarPlay compatibility

Before ordering, verify that your EQE Class has an accessible USB port within cable reach of your preferred mounting spot. Confirm that the vehicle's infotainment system supports CarPlay functionality, as the unit relies on this interface for operation. Ensure you are prepared to follow the indexing wait time to avoid setup issues.

The package includes the USB CD Player unit and a printed instruction manual; you only need a factory USB port in the 2019-2026 EQE Class and a CD to play.
