Add-On CD Player for Mitsubishi Xpander

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019 to 2026 Mitsubishi Xpander models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and is powered from the same connection. No extra wiring or tools are needed for installation. The package includes printed setup instructions.

Suits owners wanting physical media playback

Drivers who want to listen to their existing CD collection through the factory radio or steering-wheel controls will find this unit fits the need. It is not for vehicles outside the 2019 to 2026 Xpander range. Buyers who need Bluetooth streaming, satellite radio or a built-in display should look at a full head-unit replacement.

Plug-and-play USB connection

The single specification that decides fitment is the direct USB plug into the vehicle port. The cable must reach that port from the chosen mounting spot on the centre console or in the glove box. Allow two minutes for each disc to finish indexing before use.

How does the CD player work once it is connected to the car's USB port?

It draws power from the USB port, indexes the disc for about two minutes, then lets you control playback through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons via CarPlay.

What does the USB connection actually provide for this CD player?

The single USB cable supplies both power and data, enabling CarPlay integration so the factory system recognises the CD player as a media source.
