Pro Star CD Player for Nissan Murano 2019-2026

This external CD player adds disc playback to Nissan Murano models from 2019 through 2026 that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the existing CarPlay system. The device draws power from the same USB connection so no separate supply is needed. Music can be controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons.

Drivers who want CD playback without dashboard

Suits owners who prefer physical media and have a free USB port that supports CarPlay. The plug-and-play design requires no tools or wiring changes. Buyers whose vehicle lacks a compatible USB port or CarPlay integration should look at other solutions. Anyone needing multi-disc changing or Bluetooth streaming will not find those functions here.

Single-disc USB CarPlay integration

The defining specification is the single-disc mechanism that indexes each CD in about two minutes before playback begins. Interrupting the indexing process requires restarting the setup with a different disc. This behaviour determines whether the unit matches the buyer's expectation for immediate access.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Pro Star CD player in my 2019-2026 Nissan Murano, and what step do people often miss?

Plug the USB cable into the vehicle USB port, then wait the full two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before using it; interrupting this step forces a complete restart with a different disc.

What maintenance will the Pro Star USB CD player need over time?

The unit has no user-serviceable parts; keep the lens clean with a standard CD lens cleaner disc and ensure the USB connection stays free of dust and debris.

What limit appears first during long drives with the Pro Star CD player?

Continuous operation is limited by the vehicle USB port's power delivery; if the port cannot supply steady current the player may stop reading discs until the connection is restored.
