External CD Player for 2019-2026 Toyota Avalon

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to Avalon models that lack a factory unit. It connects through the vehicle's existing USB port and integrates with the standard CarPlay interface. The device is powered entirely by that USB connection, so no separate power wiring is needed. It suits drivers who still use physical media and want a simple, reversible upgrade.

Plug-and-play install with indexing delay

Installation requires plugging the cable into the car's USB port and following the printed manual; no tools or extra wiring are involved. The unit can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or anywhere the cable reaches. A critical step is allowing two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before use. Interrupting this process forces a full restart of the setup with a different disc.

USB-powered CarPlay integration

The player draws power and communicates solely through the vehicle's USB port while presenting audio through the factory CarPlay system. Music is controlled via the original radio or steering-wheel buttons. Compatibility is limited to 2019 through 2026 Toyota Avalon models; vehicles outside that range or without CarPlay-equipped USB ports are not supported.
