Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player

The Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player adds an external CD drive to 2019 to 2026 Toyota Corolla models that no longer include a factory player. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and draws power from the same connection. Controls are handled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons. Printed instructions guide the setup process.

Suits owners who still use physical CDs

This unit suits Corolla owners who want to play their existing CD collection without replacing the factory head unit. It is not for buyers who need Bluetooth streaming, auxiliary input or support for other media formats. It is also not for vehicles outside the 2019 to 2026 Corolla range or for installations that require hard-wiring or additional adapters.

Single-disc capacity with USB-powered headroom

The player handles one standard audio CD at a time and indexes the disc in about two minutes before playback begins. It runs entirely from the car USB port, so there is no separate power supply to manage. Headroom ends when the USB port cannot deliver enough current or when the cable length limits placement options in the cabin.

Questions about this item

Does my Corolla need a factory USB port for this Pro Star CD player to work?

Yes, the unit plugs directly into the vehicle's USB port for both power and CarPlay data.

Will this player work with the original radio and steering wheel controls in my 2019-2026 Corolla?

The device is designed so you control music from the factory radio or steering wheel buttons after the USB connection is made.

How can I confirm the Pro Star CD player has finished setting up correctly?

Wait the full two minutes for the inserted CD to finish indexing; the process is complete once that time elapses without interruption.
