Add a CD Player to Your Buick Envision

This Pro Star USB CD player is designed for 2019 through 2026 Buick Envision models that lack a factory disc drive. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and draws power from the same connection. The unit plays standard audio CDs through the car's original sound system.

Check Your Vehicle USB Port Before Ordering

Confirm that your Envision has an accessible USB port capable of data transfer and sufficient power output for a peripheral device. The installation requires the cable to reach that port without strain. Allow two minutes for the disc to finish indexing during initial setup; interrupting this process means restarting the procedure from step one with a different disc.

Flexible Mounting Keeps Controls at Hand

The compact drive can be secured vertically or horizontally on the centre console, inside the glove box, or wherever the USB cable reaches. Playback is managed through the factory radio or steering-wheel buttons, so no extra remote or dashboard cut-out is needed. The plug-and-play design avoids any permanent wiring changes to the vehicle.

Questions about this item

Does the Pro Star USB CD Player come with everything needed for installation or are extra parts required?

The box includes the USB CD player, a printed instruction manual, and the USB cable that plugs directly into the vehicle's USB port. No additional wiring, tools, or separate power adapters are required for installation.

Is there more than one version of this CD player for the 2019-2026 Buick Envision, and how do I choose the right one?

The product is offered as a single model compatible with all Buick Envision vehicles from 2019 through 2026. There are no separate versions or capacities to select; the same unit works across the entire model-year range.

How does the USB-powered connection affect daily use once the player is installed in the Envision?

The unit draws power from the car's USB port, so it turns on and off with the vehicle. Music is controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons, and the player can be mounted vertically or horizontally wherever the cable reaches.
