Add-On CD Player for Ferrari F12 tdf

The Pro Star USB CD Player adds a single-disc drive to 2019-2026 Ferrari F12 tdf models that left the factory without one. It draws power and data from the vehicle's USB port and lets you control playback through the original radio or steering-wheel buttons. Installation requires no extra wiring or tools.

Replaces Missing Factory CD Player

Automakers stopped fitting built-in CD drives, so this unit restores the ability to play physical discs in a car that never had a slot. The jump is worth it when you still own a CD collection and want it integrated with the factory infotainment instead of using a separate portable player.

Suits Owners Who Want Disc Playback

This suits Ferrari F12 tdf drivers who want to listen to their existing CDs through the car's own sound system. Buyers who need multi-disc changing, DVD video playback, or a head-unit replacement with a larger screen should look at a different solution.

Questions about this item

What space is needed to mount the Pro Star USB CD player in a 2019-2026 Ferrari F12 tdf?

The unit mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or anywhere the supplied USB cable can reach the vehicle's USB port.

Which installation step do owners most often skip with this CD player?

After inserting the first disc, wait the full two minutes for indexing to finish before using the controls; interrupting it forces a complete restart with a different CD.

What upkeep does the external CD mechanism require over time?

Keep the slot free of dust and debris; use a standard lens-cleaning disc periodically to maintain read reliability.
