External CD Player for Jeep Grand Wagoneer

This USB-powered CD player adds disc playback to 2019-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and is controlled through the existing radio or steering wheel buttons. No additional wiring or tools are required for installation.

Plug-and-play integration with factory systems

The device draws power from the USB port and mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or anywhere the cable reaches. It frees the driver from aftermarket head-unit replacement by using the car's original audio interface and controls. A two-minute indexing period is required after inserting a disc before playback begins.

Printed manual guides the setup

An easy-to-follow instruction manual is included to walk through the indexing process and basic operation. The documentation emphasises allowing the full indexing time to avoid setup issues that would require restarting the procedure with a different disc. No separate software or app installation is mentioned.

Questions about this item

Allow two minutes for the CD to finish indexing during installation; interrupting the process means starting over with a different disc.

Does the unit draw power from the vehicle's USB port or need a separate supply?

It is powered entirely through the car's USB port, so no extra wiring or external power source is required.

Which factory controls can operate the CD player once it is connected?

Music can be controlled from the vehicle's factory radio or steering wheel controls after plugging into the USB port.
