The Pro Star USB CD Player adds an external single-disc drive to 2019 through 2026 Lexus IS 500 models that lack a factory CD player. It draws power and data from the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the existing radio and steering-wheel controls for playback.

Check your vehicle USB port and model year

Confirm the IS 500 has an accessible USB port that can supply power to the device. The unit is designed for 2019 to 2026 model years; other years or trims may not be compatible. Allow two minutes for each disc to finish indexing before use.

Ideal for owners who still use physical discs

This player suits drivers who want to listen to their CD collection through the factory sound system without replacing the head unit. Buyers whose vehicles already include a built-in CD player or who prefer streaming-only audio sources will not need this accessory.
