Compatible Lexus RX 500h Years

The Pro Star USB CD Player adds disc playback to 2019 through 2026 Lexus RX 500h models that lack a factory CD drive. It draws power and data from the vehicle USB port and lets the factory radio or steering wheel buttons control playback.

Upgrade From Missing Factory CD Player

This unit replaces the absent original equipment CD player that Lexus stopped fitting in these model years. The jump is worth it when you still own a CD collection and want direct access without ripping discs to a phone or USB stick first.

Plug-and-Play Installation Steps

Plug the cable into the car USB port, wait two full minutes for the disc to finish indexing, then follow the printed manual. Interrupting the indexing process forces a restart with a different disc from step one, so leave the unit alone until the wait ends.
