Pro Star USB CD Player for Mercedes EQS SUV

This Pro Star USB CD player adds CD playback to 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV models that lack a factory disc drive. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the existing infotainment system. The unit is designed for drivers who still prefer physical media over streaming or digital files.

Powered by the vehicle USB port with no extra wiring

The device draws power from the car's USB port, eliminating the need for separate power cables or adapters. Installation requires no tools or modifications to the vehicle's electrical system. Music control is handled through the factory radio or steering wheel controls for familiar operation.

Mounts vertically or horizontally on console

The compact player can be positioned vertically or horizontally wherever the USB cable reaches, such as the centre console or glove compartment. A printed instruction manual is included, and the manufacturer advises allowing two minutes for CD indexing during setup. Buyers whose vehicles lack an accessible USB port will not be able to use this device.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Pro Star USB CD Player in my Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV and what step causes problems?

Plug the USB cable into the vehicle's USB port, then wait the full two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before using the unit; interrupting this process forces you to restart with a different disc.

What maintenance or replacement will the Pro Star USB CD Player need over time?

The unit has no user-serviceable parts; keep the lens clean with a standard CD lens cleaner and replace the device only if the USB connector or mechanism fails.

What limit appears first during long listening sessions with the Pro Star USB CD Player?

Continuous operation is limited by the vehicle USB port's power delivery; if the port cannot sustain the required current, playback may stop until the connection is restored.
