Plug-and-play installation with USB power

The device draws power from the car's USB port and requires no extra wiring or tools. Mounting is flexible; the unit can sit vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or anywhere the cable reaches.

Two-minute disc indexing required

After inserting a CD, allow two minutes for the indexing process to complete before use. Interrupting this step means restarting the full setup procedure with a different disc and the printed instructions.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Pro Star USB CD player in my 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE Class, and what step is most often missed?

Plug the USB cable directly into the vehicle's USB port, then wait the full two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before use; interrupting this process requires restarting from step one with a different disc.

What maintenance will the Pro Star USB CD player need over time?

The unit has no user-serviceable parts; keep the disc slot clear of dust and debris, and ensure the USB connection remains secure in the port for reliable power and data.

What is the first limitation I will hit during extended use of the Pro Star USB CD player?

Continuous operation depends on the vehicle's USB port supplying steady power; if the port current drops or the connection loosens, playback will stop until the link is restored.
