Pro Star USB CD Player for Mercedes SL Class

This external CD player adds disc playback to 2019 through 2026 Mercedes-Benz SL Class vehicles that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the car’s USB port and is powered entirely through that connection, so no extra wiring or tools are required. Drivers who still enjoy physical media can listen to their CDs through the factory audio system.

Plug-and-play capacity with USB power

The unit draws all its power from the vehicle USB port and indexes each inserted disc in about two minutes before playback begins. It handles standard audio CDs and can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or wherever the cable reaches. Very large music libraries stored on data discs may exceed the indexing capability of the factory head unit.

Vehicle-specific USB integration

The decisive specification is that this player is engineered exclusively for 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz SL Class models and communicates through the factory USB interface. It will not function in other vehicles or through aftermarket head units that lack the required USB protocol. Buyers must confirm their exact model year before purchase.
