Vehicle Compatibility

This Pro Star USB CD player is designed for 2019 to 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander models. It adds an external CD playback option to vehicles that no longer include a factory disc drive. The unit connects directly to the car's existing USB port.

Plug-and-Play Installation

The single specification that determines fit is the vehicle-specific USB connection. No additional wiring, adapters or tools are required for installation. The device draws power from the USB port and integrates with the factory radio and steering wheel controls.

Sustained Operation

After connection, the player requires approximately two minutes to index each inserted disc before playback begins. Interrupting this indexing process forces a full restart of the setup procedure with a different disc. Once indexed, the unit operates continuously while powered by the vehicle USB port.
