Volkswagen Golf SportWagen CD Player

The Pro Star USB CD Player adds a single-disc mechanism to 2019-2026 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen models that lack a factory CD player. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and is powered entirely through that connection. No additional wiring or tools are required for installation.

Plug-and-play mounting flexibility

The unit plugs into the existing USB port and can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box or anywhere the cable reaches. Music playback is controlled using the factory radio or steering wheel controls. Printed instructions are included and the maker advises allowing two minutes for CD indexing before use.

USB-powered operation

Because the device draws power from the car's USB port it adds no extra load on the vehicle's electrical system beyond that port's normal capacity. There is no internal fan or moving cooling parts so operation is silent. The only mechanical noise comes from the CD drive mechanism during disc reading.
