Premium gaffer tape for production use

Pro Tapes Premium Grade Gaffer Tape is a vinyl-coated cloth tape with a synthetic rubber adhesive system. It measures 72 mm wide and 55 yards long in Electric Blue. The matte finish reduces glare under stage or studio lights while the waterproof backing resists abrasion in demanding environments. Clean, residue-free removal makes it suitable for temporary installations on irregular surfaces.

Suited for entertainment and industrial tasks

Technicians who secure cables, mark stages, label equipment or splice dance floors will benefit from the strong adhesion and hand-tear convenience. The tape writes cleanly with pens or markers for quick identification. Buyers needing a transparent tape, a PVC-based product, or a tape rated for permanent outdoor structural bonding should consider other options.

Simple hand application with minimal issues

No tools are required; the tape unwinds smoothly and tears cleanly by hand. Most problems arise when the surface is dusty, oily or wet, which can reduce initial tack. Pressing firmly along the full length after placement ensures reliable adhesion. Storing the roll in extreme heat may soften the adhesive and affect unwind quality.
