Premium Fluorescent Gaffers Tape

Pro Tapes Pro-Gaff Neon Fluorescent Green Tape is a high-strength vinyl-coated cloth tape with a matte finish. It offers a high-performance adhesive system that conforms to irregular surfaces and removes cleanly from most substrates. The fluorescent green colour glows vividly under blacklight for high-visibility marking. Made in the U.S., it suits stage, studio and event professionals needing reliable hold.

Hand-Tearable Waterproof Cloth Tape

The tape is waterproof, abrasion-resistant and hand-tearable, so no cutting tools are required during fast-paced rigging. Its smooth, controlled unwind speeds up wire and carpet hold-down, gaffing lights, spiking and colour coding tasks. The conformable cloth backing adheres to curved or uneven surfaces while resisting tears and punctures. It frees up workflow by combining secure bonding with clean removal on most materials.

Sustained Load Temperature Resistance

Under sustained load the adhesive maintains its bond across temperature fluctuations and resists moisture ingress. The vinyl coating protects the cloth from abrasion during long-term floor splicing or cable bundling. Fluorescent visibility persists under continuous blacklight exposure without fading. Not suitable for users needing glow-in-the-dark properties or permanent outdoor structural bonding.

Questions about this item

How long will the adhesive hold when the tape is left on stage flooring for several days?

The high-performance adhesive system is engineered for demanding hold-down tasks such as splicing floors and securing cables, and it removes cleanly from most surfaces after extended use.

Does the matte finish reduce glare and heat buildup under continuous stage lighting?

The matte vinyl-coated cloth surface minimises light reflection and the tape is water and temperature resistant, so it withstands hot lights without degrading.

What surface preparation is needed before applying this tape to carpet or painted wood?

The tape conforms to irregular surfaces and adheres to carpet, wood and similar substrates; testing on a hidden area first is recommended to confirm clean removal.
